Daily Goals for Staying Active and Healthy

  1. Set realistic personal goals.
  2. Get 30- 60 mins of physical activity a day
  3. Take brain breaks from working by doing something active.
  4. Make sure you are eating a healthy colorful plate along with healthy snacks in between.  Remember MyPlate diagram.
