Welcome to First Grade! What an exciting year we will journey through together, you will not believe how much your child will grow this year! Thanks for sharing them with me!

My name is Brandi Maxim and I am excited to be your child’s first grade teacher this year!  I have been at Lincoln my entire teaching career. This will be my eighth year at Lincoln. If you are new to Lincoln, it is such a special place and I cannot wait to welcome you to our school! I was born and raised in a very small town in upstate New York and moved to Wilmington in 2014. My husband and I moved across the river to Leland in 2015 and we absolutely love it. We have one son named Finnley who will be five in December (that is crazy to me!). We also have two dogs, eleven chickens, and a cat. I am looking forward to another fantastic year at Lincoln and cannot wait to share it with you!
