Mrs. Kathleen Powell

Welcome to Fourth Grade! My name is Mrs. Powell. I am excited to be your teacher this year.

My husband and I recently moved here from Rowan County. We have one son who lives in Wilmington, NC. We have two precious little dogs named Tucker and Emma.

I am starting my 21st year of teaching in North Carolina. I graduated from UNCC with a degree in Elementary Education and received my Master's Degree in Curriculum Instruction. I am also ESL certified.
