Hello!  My name is Mary Lucy Glockner, and I have been teaching 5th grade at Bolivia Elementary since 1999.  During my time here, I have taught math (both regular and AIG), social studies, and science.  This year I will be teaching science qnd social studies to my homeroom, regular math (block 1), and AIG math (block 2).  I love teaching 5th grade, and consider myself lucky to be able to guide and nurture the kiddos as they get ready for the transition to middle school.

A little about me, I graduated from UNCW in 1997.  My husband, Rod, and I have been married since 1998, and we have two children, William, who is in 7th grade this year, and Jack who is in 11th grade this year.  We live in Willmington, and though I have a 35 minute commute each day, I wouldn't have it any other way!  I love the Bolivia students, staff, parents, and community, and consider myself lucky to be a part of it all!
