Ms. Hardin

I could not be more thrilled to be your student’s 1st grade teacher for this School Year! This will be my 14th year teaching and I am ready to make it the best one yet! I am excited to learn and grow with my students. I know that with hard work, kindness, and GRIT, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to! I grew up in Salisbury, NC, the cutest small town there ever was! I was the oldest of 7 kids, so life was never boring! I enjoy running, digital art design, reading and all things Disney! I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with my ELED degree in 2009. I went back to teach for the last 7 years in my hometown. I have also enjoyed being a counselor at a local summer camp called, Ambassador Camp, for the past 19 years. 5 years ago, my sister and I decided to make the move to Brunswick County to be closer to camp friends and the community here.  I am so excited to be apart of the VWES Family and to help your kids meet their goals for first Grade!
