I am so excited about being your teacher! We are going to have a great year together!

This year is going to be full of fun, learning, and growing. You'll make new friends, learn lots of new skills , and make wonderful new memories! 

I love teaching!  This is my 20th year as an educator, 2nd year as a second grade teacher, and 4th year with Brunswick County Schools.  I completed my Bachelor of Arts at the College of NJ.

This will be my 4th year at Jessie Mae Monroe Elementary School.  I have had the privilege of working in grades 2, 4, & 5.  

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, 2 sons, and my fur baby (Harper). 

I absolutely love the beach, reading, being part of the Sunset Beach Turtle Patrol, and teaching Jazzercise!  My favorite color is pink.  I enjoy eating healthy snacks (fresh fruit, nuts, popcorn), water, unsweetened iced tea and coffee!  I love seafood, Mexican and Chinese food.  I love shopping at Kohl's, Dollar Tree, and Hobby Lobby.
