Grading

Starting in second grade, your child will now receive letter/numerical grades. Brunswick County’s grading scale is as follows:

1. A = 90-100
2. B = 80-89
3. C = 70-79
4. D = 60-69
5. F = 59 and below

Grades come from common grade level assessments, classwork, and projects. You may check your child's progress on PowerSchool.
