Rachel Billups

Hello Southport families! I am so excited about starting this year.This is my 3rd year teaching 3rd grade.I am originally from Huntersville, North Carolina. I moved to Wilmington to go to UNCW in 2015 and graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I now live in Winnabow with my husband and my dog, Echo.
