Mrs. Julie Wintsch

I was born and raised in Maryland and attended Towson University with a degree in Education. After marrying my husband, Joe, many years ago, we moved to Georgia with our family where I continued my education at the University of Georgia focusing on children with specail needs. Later, life took us to Pennsylvania and finally to the beautiful state of North Carolina. I am most proud of my three children who are now grown and living in the northeast. The newest addition to our family is our grandson, who was born in December 2020! When I'm not in the classroom, I love to spend time outdoors biking, running, or relaxing in the sunshine.
