Mrs. Courtney Walker

Hello!

I am Courtney Walker. This is my 9th year of teaching and my 7th year in 2nd grade! I may be biased, but second grade is the best grade! I studied Elementary Education at East Carolina University, where I had a concentration on mathematics. Outside of school, I am a mom and a wife. Me and my husband, Alex, have been married for seven years this past June. Together we have two children. My daughter Addilyn will be six this September. My son turned three this past March. I also have three cats; Dapper, Sampson and Bailey, and a sweet dog named Rue. 

Teaching truly is my passion, and I cannot wait to share it with you! We are going to learn and grow so much together this year:)
